The contemporary menu offering combines an a la carte and grill menu, utilising a combination of seasonal, fresh, Scottish produce. The Head Chef has an excellent appreciation of a wide variety of dishes including extensive knowledge of Scotland's larder.  Ingredients are sourced locally by the chef who works closely with our suppliers to ensure Circus menus celebrate the best of every season.
